You will bemanoeuvring in a young, entrepreneurial organisation and handling international and local clients in their endeavours to develop offshore wind and power to X-projects. 
You are an ambitious and skilled student within electrical engineeringwho thrives with high complexity. 

Your profile

We expect you to help our business projects with the following: 

• Power system studies in software like PowerFactory and PSCAD 
• Building RMS and EMT models 
• Doing Harmonic and Flicker studies 
• Load flow and short circuit calculations 
• Become expert in System integration 
• Interpret Grid codes and document compliance 

As a person you are:   

• A team player that involves and grows your team members  
• Organized and detail oriented   
• Self-driven, flexible, and not afraid of taking on responsibility.  
• Well-spoken and fluent in English (written and oral)

At Naver Energy, we are a team of renewable energy professionals with decades of experience gained in OEM developers, utilities, engineering and consultancy companies. All of this accumulated know-how shapes our mission statement: Your Project – Our Craft.

Naver Energy was formed in 2022 and our growth plans will see us reach a diverse, international team of 100+ renewable energy professionals in the coming years across the EU, the US and APAC regions. Our primary focus is to work on projects within offshore wind and P2X. Headquartered in Denmark, our vision is to become the preferred development partner for companies building projects to accelerate the green energy transition.


Naver Energy is backed by Venterra Group, UK, which is establishing a series of independent companies across the value chain to support the continued development of the offshore wind industry.

Our name, Naver Energy, is inspired by the ancient Scandinavian craftsman tradition where a person skilled in a particular craft went ‘on the waltz’, working for different employers in various countries for several years. In this way, they picked up and applied the best practices within their profession. Naver is also short for a person from Scandinavia (In Danish; Skandinaver), which, although we are global, reflects the birthplace of our company.
